Phil Chen
Phil Chen treats entrepreneurial and venture investing endeavors as liberal art pursuits. In 2005, Phil began his career at an e-book start-up which culminated in the Alex Reader, that eventually became the Barnes & Noble Nook. Two years later, Phil joined HTC as product manager, building the first android phones on earth and launching the Facebook phone, the only phone co-branded with a social media internet company that also became the QQ/Tencent and Weibo phone in China. In 2015, Phil also joined Horizons Ventures as Advisor where he served as board director/observer for fifteen companies globally.
Alan Chen
HTC has been making smartphones for over 20 years, and Alan was involved for 17 of them. From the early days of creating the first PDA, to developing the first Windows and Android mobile systems, and all the way to the innovation of smartphones, he’s seen them all. His area of work is vast: from software project management, software architecture development, project execution to technical management with external partners.
Robby Ho
Robby has a long history with HTC. He joined HTC in 2005 and now he’s the AVP of Trusted Hardware. In the early days of the smartphone market, Robby achieved remarkable milestones working with the smartphone hardware team that made the HTC we know today.
Sean Moss-Pultz
Sean Moss-Pultz is cofounder & CEO at Bitmark Inc. a blockchain startup invested in by Cherubic, DCG, WI Harper, & Alibaba. Prior to Bitmark, he was a recognized pioneer of open-source hardware, founding Openmoko Inc., the first open-source phone and a precursor to iPhone and Android smartphones. Bitmark currently works with organizations including the University of California at Berkeley and KKBox (streaming music service with over 10M paid subscribers throughout Asia) in deploying its property rights blockchain technology.
Justin Lin
Justin has more than 13 years of experiences in Smart phone software design and led the Google projects, Pixel 1 and 2. Justin is also an expert in Android system performance and power management as well as Blade-server BIOS and Micro-P design and development. He now brings proof of concept for BI collection via smartphone and focus on developing blockchain and security domain for the smartphone industry.
HanKuan Yu
Hankuan has a strong and solid background built from feature phone to smartphone era with HTC for over 14 years. He is the head of the Android Development Engineering team.
Laurence Chen
Laurence is an experienced senior technical manager with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer electronics industry as well as system software architecture and manufacture process design. Laurence joined HTC from the era of Windows PDA and worked with Google for their very 1st Android phone (G1).
Lisa Chu
Been through smartphones, VR and now blockchain, Lisa has experiences in business development, technical compliance with the telecom companies, developer relationship management, organizing events and hackathons, social media management, and more. To the Moon!
Angus Channce
Angus is an all-around creative that understands production, art, music and copywriting. He is a curator besides his role at HTC and has created countless events, exhibitions, seminars, and concerts connecting people and the resources of the world. He started his music label at 26 and has since been awarded numerous awards all over Asia, including a 3 time nomination from GMA of Taiwan. His recent work at HTC includes leading the creative and production process for the product launches of VIVE Pro, VIVE Focus and now the EXODUS.
Justin Santos
Justin is a Commercial Director, Writer, Creative from Portland Oregon. Being extremely entrepreneurial he managed to built and sell a number of small businesses before the age of 30 all whilst traveling to over 30 countries. He has aided some of the biggest brands in the world with telling their story through film and still photography. When he isn't filming you will most likely find him climbing mountains in his home state of Oregon or surfing the rugged coastline of Ireland.
Edith Yeung
Selected by Inc. Magazine as one of the Silicon Valley investors you must know, Edith is the head of 500 Startups Greater China and leads the blockchain accelerator program. She has invested in over 50 blockchain, mobile, AI startups including Lightyear/Stellar, Nebulas, The Republic, Metadium, Solana, Libra Network, Hooked, DayDayCook, AISense, Castbox, Silk Labs (acquired by Apple), Chirp (acquired by Apple), Fleksy (acquired by Pinterest), Human (acquired by Mapbox) and many more. Before 500, Edith ran marketing for Dolphin Browser, a Sequoia-backed mobile browser with over 150 million installs worldwide.
Chris McCann
Chris started and leads the community program at Greylock Partners (investors in Facebook, Airbnb, Dropbox, Linkedin, Coinbase, etc.) and was the co-founder of StartupDigest (acquired by TechStars). He was also one of the early mentors for the Thiel Fellowship and StartX at Stanford University.
Dominic Williams
Dominic is a technology entrepreneur and a long-standing distributing computing enthusiast. In recent years he has proposed numerous novel blockchain schemes including Threshold Relay, Probabilistic Slot Consensus, Validation Towers, Puzzle Towers and other techniques now gaining recognition. Before switching to the crypto industry in 2013, he created an innovative venture-backed MMO game that he scaled to millions of users, having first devised many of the supporting distributing computing systems himself. He founded the DFINITY project in January 2015, which now has a token cap in excess of $2B.
Elizabeth Stark
Elizabeth is a huge fan of open source, decentralized protocols. She taught at Stanford and Yale where her students studied peer-to-peer technology, privacy, open source software, and memes. She has been an active contributor to the bitcoin community, an advisor to startups in areas ranging from cryptocurrency to decentralized technology to AI, and is a fellow at Coin Center. She has a law degree from Harvard and is an avid listener of electronic music.

Christopher Allen
Christopher Allen is an entrepreneur and technologist who specializes in collaboration, security, and trust. As a pioneer in internet cryptography, he’s initiated cross-industry collaborations and created industry standards that influence the entire internet.
